Blue Cross Blue Shield’s “Near Miss”
“Near Miss” is one of many storyboards that I’ve illustrated for Merge’s Blue Cross Blue Shield client. Usually, this client likes to see finished, full-color storyboards. But in this case, time was an issue, and the creative team wanted the drawings without added color. The art director was able to sell a campaign of several spots from just the rough pencil drawings that I created out of my imagination, with no reference. There were a few changes in the produced commercial, as you can see in the link below.
